Vigorous deciduous shrub. Showy, dense, bright white flowers bloom in late summer, slowly age to pink into the fall. In full bloom, the flower panicles will arch downward. Best to plant in the back of the border with other plants to support its branches. Ovate medium green leaves. Blooms on new wood. Best in well drained rich soil and part sun.
